1 9 oz. pkg frozen artichoke hearts
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 9-inch pie shell
Cook artichokes, drain and cut. Beat eggs thoroughly and add
artichokes, mozzarella, cheese, and pepperoni. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes. May be
frozen after baked.
